A phone interview or home inspection will be performed to discuss your personal cleaning wishes. Nothing is set in stone to ensure we meet and exceed your expectations. At the conclusion of your first recurring cleaning service and at the end of each deep cleaning, move-in/out or one-time cleaning service, if you are unsatisfied or if you request, a supervisor or team lead can come to your home for an inspection.. Custom Cleaning Includes:

• China Cabinet Cleaning to Your Specifications
• Spider web removal from vaulted ceilings
• Special chemicals purchased at your request
• Disinfect door knobs at your request
• Wipe down the top of door frames

Deep Cleaning:

• Charged on an Hourly Basis 
  • Items normally not included in a custom/recurring cleaning
    can be included
  • for instance, windows, inside of oven, and inside of refrigerator
    are considered choices but not extras
• This is the time to get your home spic and span with all of those extras
  without paying for them.
• Prepares the home for recurring cleaning services.
• Homes that have not been cleaned in at least 3 months.
• Great for Realtor® Showings or Move In/Out Cleaning
• Great for model homes that need minor cleaning to maintain beauty

Recurring Weekly Service:

• Based on Our Template of Services
• Charged on a Flat Rate Based on the Home
  • If You Have Pets, Home Status, Size, Custom Cleaning requests, etc.
  Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Services Available
  • Your service is customized according to what you do/don't want included each week.
